Movement designed
around you.

Not you trying to fit yourself into somebody else’s version of fitness. FORMery is where strength is built, confidence grows, and you reconnect with your body in a way that feels good.

What is FORMery?

A play on the word form.
And a hint at becoming.

In Pilates, form is everything. But form is also something you are always finding. You are constantly forming and evolving.

FORMery is about forming yourself: not just physically, but mentally too. Strength, alignment, and evolving into your strongest version.

How we move, how we feel, how we think and how we connect are deeply intertwined. Pilates is where FORMery begins. It isn’t where FORMery ends.

The FORMery story

Whether you’re just starting out, supporting your performance, or investing in your long-term health, FORMery meets you where you are.

Personal movement

Pilates, and everything it opens up

Reformer and mat Pilates, personalised programming and progressive journeys, with an emphasis on confidence and progression, not counting classes.

Every session starts with where you actually are: your body, your history, your week. Then we build.

FOR Me

Personalised movement and wellbeing designed around the individual: mat or reformer, and where it’s right, mindset and confidence work alongside it.

FOR Me

FOR Strength

Strength, stability, mobility and control. For every body, across gender, age and ability.

FOR Strength

FOR Within

Confidence, clarity and reconnecting with yourself. Practical rather than therapeutic; meaningful rather than ‘woo’.

FOR Within

FORMery for Work

The question isn’t
“which class?”

It’s: what do your people need?

Then we design the right experience around the answer, from a single wellbeing day to an ongoing programme, delivered nationally through Cacia and the FORMery Collective.

Healthcare & NHS

You look after people.
Let us help look after
the people behind it.

Healthcare organisations spend every day looking after everyone else. FORMery builds workforce wellbeing around the realities of shift patterns, pressure and physical demand.

FORMery Collective

Not a directory.
A delivery network.

A curated network of trusted movement and wellbeing practitioners, connected to corporate work, healthcare programmes, events, retreats, collaborations and referrals.

For organisations, that means one relationship instead of ten. For practitioners, it means opportunity without the business development.

Experiences

Wellbeing you can walk into

Workshops, confidence events, guest practitioner sessions, seasonal experiences, pop-ups and retreats: the parts of FORMery you share with other people.

What’s coming up

Workshops & events

Small, considered gatherings: movement, confidence and conversation.

Retreats

Longer-form experiences, in the UK and further afield.

Pop-ups & collaborations

With brands and practitioners we genuinely rate.

Corporate wellbeing days

Away days and team experiences designed end to end.

FORMery for Professionals

You look after people.
We help you look after
the business behind it.

Most practitioners start their business because they’re brilliant with people, not because they love websites, systems, marketing and admin.

About Wunda100

The founder

Cacia

FORMery began with a simple frustration: that so few of us are ever taught how to actually look after our bodies, only how to push them.

I wish more of us were taught earlier how to actually look after our bodies… not just push them.
